Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using KongHosting services or website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the https://konghosting.in website, Client Area dashboard, or any services provided by KongHosting (operated by AJEET KUMAR), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or hosting services.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our website and hosting platform solely for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the functioning of our servers, networks, or infrastructure. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, phishing pages, or ransomware.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk commercial emails (SPAM).
  • Hosting illegal content, copyrighted pirated material, or adult content violating local laws.
  • Conducting network attacks, port scanning, or DDoS launch activities.
  • Running unauthorized crypto mining, torrent trackers, or illegal proxy servers.

3. Account Registration & Security

Clients are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Client Area password and cPanel account credentials. KongHosting will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to weak credentials or client negligence.

4. Billing, Payments & Renewal

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your chosen plan. Renewal invoices are generated automatically prior to the due date. Failure to pay renewal invoices by the due date may result in automated account suspension, followed by permanent data termination after the grace period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, code, logos, and materials available on the KongHosting website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our brand assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KongHosting and AJEET KUMAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of your access to or inability to access or use the hosting service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KongHosting, its directors, employees, and operators from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or misuse of hosting services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India.
