1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At KongHosting, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all shared cPanel Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting service within the first 30 days of initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your hosting package fee.

2. Non-Refundable Products & Services

Due to third-party registrar fees, software licensing costs, and infrastructure allocation, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Registrations, Transfers & Renewals: Domain names are registered immediately with registry authorities and cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.
  • Dedicated Servers & VPS: Custom server provisioning fees and bare-metal server resources.
  • Software Licenses: WHMCS, LiteSpeed, cPanel, or SSL add-on licenses.
  • Setup Fees & Admin Services: Custom setup fees or work performed by system administrators.

3. Service Cancellation Procedure

Clients may cancel their hosting service at any time through the KongHosting Client Area:

  • Log in to your Client Area dashboard.
  • Navigate to Services → Select your active hosting plan.
  • Click on Request Cancellation.
  • Specify whether you require Immediate Cancellation or End of Billing Cycle Cancellation.

4. Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

If a refund request is approved by AJEET KUMAR (KongHosting), the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.

5. Abuse & Policy Violations

Accounts suspended or terminated due to Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) violations, such as spamming, hosting malware, conducting DDoS attacks, or engaging in illegal activities, forfeit all rights to a refund.
